SHIPPING

After an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive an email confirmation with your associated tracking number. Currently, RICHROCKS has a shipping rate that is adjusted per package. All packages are shipped via UPS, and arrive within 5-10 business days. RICHROCKS is not responsible for delayed delivery, or lost packages. If a package is returned back to RICHROCKS, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the order. At this time, RICHROCKS does not ship internationally. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Currently, all sales on richrocksnyc.com are final. We recommend that you reach out to us via email at customerservice@richrocksnyc.com or call us at (646) 397-9460‬ regarding any questions you may have—prior to making your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, please email us at customerservice@richrocksnyc.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase so that we may rectify the problem as soon as possible.

For any item purchased from an outside retailer, please bring the item to the original store where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces bought directly on our website, at richrocksnyc.com
